The brief
Transforming a Home, Creating More Space.
Located on Wanstead Park Avenue, London, Skylon Construction was appointed as the Principal Contractor to deliver a full residential refurbishment and extension. The project comprised a loft conversion, rear extension, basement excavation, installation of all new mechanical and electrical services, and complete internal decoration. By managing every stage of the construction process, we transformed the property into a spacious, modern family home, delivering exceptional quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout.
