On site
Where our standards are visible
A Skylon site tells you everything about how we build — long before the first finish goes on.
ON SITE
A tidy site is a safe site — and a safe site is where precision happens.
Order on site is not cosmetic. It protects the work, reduces mistakes, keeps trades moving properly and gives clients confidence that the project is being managed with care.
On every Skylon site, materials are labelled, walkways are kept clear, finishes are protected and waste is removed regularly. These are simple things, but they are the difference between a site that reacts to problems and a site that prevents them.
Trusted partners
A high-quality finish depends on more than one contractor. It relies on the right people, properly coordinated. We work with trusted specialists who share our expectations for workmanship, communication, protection and site discipline, so every part of the project is delivered with care.

Health & Safety
Safety, built into the programme
Health and safety is built into the way we plan and manage each project, from site setup and access routes to sequencing, supervision and handover documentation.
- Site-specific inductions. Every person on site is inducted before they lift a tool — no exceptions, including visitors.
- RAMS before work starts. Risk assessments and method statements reviewed for every package, not filed and forgotten.
- Daily coordination briefings. Trades know what is happening around them — most incidents die in that conversation.
- Competent supervision. A named site manager responsible for safety, quality and the register — one person, accountable.
- Certified compliance. Fire-stopping, electrical certification and building control documentation delivered as part of handover.
Our systems are supported by recognised contractor accreditations and compliance processes.

Client reporting
The fortnightly report
Every two weeks, in writing — so you always know exactly where your project stands.
- Progress photography. The site as it is, not as described.
- Programme against plan. What moved, what’s next, and any float used.
- Decisions needed. Flagged early, with options — never as a surprise.
- Cost status. Changes priced before they happen, not discovered on an invoice.
