The challenges
The Difference is in the Detail...
A key challange of this project was restoring the reception's feature pendant lights, which had become dusty and lost their original appearance over time. Die to their high-level installation, large size and fragile construction, the process required careful planning and specialist access equipment.
Each pendant was safely removed, cleaned inside and out, and reinstalled by a team of operatives working together to prevent damage. The successful restoration preserved a striking design feature while enhancing the overall quality of the refurbished reception.
The outcome
Raising the Standards
Our scope included the complete fit-out of the office space, incorporating new architectural finishes, upgraded mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, and comprehensive firestopping works. The result is a modern, efficient workplace that meets current buuidling standards while providing an inviting and visually striking environment for its occupants.
