The brief

Delivering a six-week window replacement programme with minimal disruption to teaching

A replacement programme of 75 timber sash windows across three floors of a prestigious private school; carefully phased around half-term and live teaching to deliver seamless results with minimal disruption.

Scope of works

What we delivered

  • Replacement of 75 timber sash windows
  • Small internal refurbishment works

The challenges

Precision Planning Behind the Programme

Working within a live school environment added further complexity. Access resstrictions, safeguarding requirements, and the need to minimise noise and disruption meant that each phase of the works had to be carefully coordinated with the school's timetable. Close communication between our site team, subcontractors and the client endured that resources were in the right place at the right time, allowing the programme to remain on track throughout the project.

The outcome

Programme Achieved. Budget Controlled. Quality Delivered.

The project was successfully delivered in line with teh agreed programme and within allocated budget, accheiving the client's objectives while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. Through careful planning, efficient coordination, and proactive management, the works were completed with minimal disruption to the school'd daily operation. The completed refurbishment has enhanced the building's functionality, apprearance, and long-term performance, providing the client with high-quality solution delivered exactly as planned.
