The challenges

Works were carried out within a live occupied buidling, requiring careful planning, sequencing and communication to minimise disruption to tenants and day-to-day operations. Access constrains and the need to maintain a safe, professional environment added further complexity throughout delivery.
The outcome
From Successful Delivery to Continued Partnership
The project was completed with a refreshed reception and improved office accommodation that enhanced the building's commercial appeal. The quality of delivery supported a smooth handover and stronger market-ready asset. The success of the project led to furher works being awarded on floors 1 and 4. This reflects the confidence built through the team's performance and delivery on the initial refurbishment.
