The challenges
Unlocking the Potential of Challenging Plot.
The site was purchased by a developer despite its challenging locatiion on the steep slope. Several building contractors had declined the project because of the complex ground conditions and the specialist structural work required.
We developed a practical construction solutions that included a substantial retaining wall to stabilise the site and stepped foundations designed to follow the natural gradient of te land. This approach made it possible to build safely and efficiently on a plot that many others considered too difficult to undertake.

A technical challenging steeply sloping site was successfully transformed into high-quality residential development through the use of specialist retaining structures and stepped foundations.
Thhe completed property benefits from a generous provate terrace and an attractive setting adjacent to communal landscaped gardens and a nearby lake, creating a unique and desirable environment for future residents.
This project demonstrates our ability to unlock the potemtial of complex sites and deliver innovative construction solutions where others may not proceed.
