Herbal Hill
The refurbishment of the building at 3-7 Herbal Hill involved updating the interior finishes, adding meeting rooms, and upgrading the lighting and cabling. Bespoke kitchens and breakfast bars were installed on each floor, along with improvements to the bathrooms and reception area. The works were carried out with a tenant in occupation, requiring careful planning to minimize disruption.
Clerkenwell Close
The project at 18 Clerkenwell Close involved the addition of extra floors to the building, creating modern office spaces on each level. Each floor features bespoke kitchens and other custom elements crafted by our joinery team, maintaining a high standard of quality and design. The building also includes shower rooms and a dedicated bike storage area, catering to the needs of modern professionals. The transformation has resulted in a stunning, contemporary workspace that combines functionality with striking design, offering an ideal environment for today’s businesses.








Hardwick Street
5-8 Hardwick Street had a complete renovation, we delivered a beautifully designed, high quality, fully fitted CAT A+ office space.
Farringdon Road




The refurbishment at 49-51 Farringdon Road blends modern solutions with a touch of rustic charm to meet the needs of our client. The space features industrial-style concrete columns, exposed brick walls, and a contemporary design that creates a stylish and functional environment. The project beautifully combines raw elements with modern aesthetics, providing a unique and inviting atmosphere.




Brecknock Road
198 Brecknock Road, built in the 1860s, has been transformed into a stunning building with 7 modern apartments. Over 12 months, we collaborated with architects and engineers to deliver a project that we hope has exceeded our client's expectations.
Garrett Street
20 Garrett Street, once a worn-down warehouse, has been transformed into a modern building with multiple office floors, each featuring compact, contemporary bathrooms. We also created an aesthetically pleasing reception. This project was completed with care and precision, and we're ready for even greater challenges in the future.








Brushfield Street
12 Brushfield Street was transformed from a mix of commercial flats into a modern building with multiple floors of single offices, compact bathrooms, and contemporary tea points. We also created a stunning rooftop with beautiful views and added two balconies to encourage outdoor time. Brushfield Street is one of our favourite projects, completed with care and precision, and we look forward to taking on even tougher challenges in the future.
Great Eastern Street
40 Great Eastern Street had refurbishment and fit out across first to fourth floors. Key elements include a brand new roof surface and reconstruction of masonry fractures on the facade of the graded buildings.
